By placing an order through this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, export restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.
3. Pricing & Product Information
We strive to ensure all pricing, descriptions, specifications, images, and fitment information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, inventory, or product information errors at any time without prior notice.
If an order has been placed using incorrect pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Product Availability
Inventory displayed on our website is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Products may become unavailable, discontinued, or backordered after an order is placed.
If an item becomes unavailable, we may:

5. OEM Part Supersessions
Motorcycle manufacturers periodically replace part numbers with updated or superseded versions.
When this occurs, fulfillment of the newer manufacturer-approved replacement part satisfies your order unless otherwise prohibited by the manufacturer.
6. Special Orders
Special order products are items purchased specifically for a customer's order and are not normally stocked.
Lead times are estimates only.
Special order items may not be canceled after they have been ordered from the manufacturer or supplier and may be subject to restocking fees as outlined in our Return Policy.
7. Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering.
Although we make every effort to provide accurate fitment information, it remains the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility based on the motorcycle's year, model, VIN, trim level, and modifications.
We are not responsible for incompatibility resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or aftermarket modifications.
8. Installation
Unless otherwise stated, products sold by EurosportsParts should be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Professional installation is strongly recommended for safety-critical components.
Improper installation may result in equipment damage, serious injury, or death.
EurosportsParts is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, racing conditions, or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations.
9. Performance & Racing Products
Certain products sold by EurosportsParts are intended for racing or closed-course competition only.
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is legal for use on public roads in their jurisdiction.
Products that modify emissions systems, exhaust systems, engine management, or vehicle performance may not comply with federal, state, or local regulations.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
10. Shipping
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays, weather, customs, manufacturer delays, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery times.

11. Returns
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Return Policy.
12. Manufacturer Warranties
Products carrying manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer's warranty policies.
EurosportsParts does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
Warranty claims should be initiated with the manufacturer whenever applicable.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated by the manufacturer, all products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EurosportsParts disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EurosportsParts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. User Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
